Aaron Russo was , as he coined , a ‘Freedom Fighter’ and one of the most notible of men in Modern America. His life was mainly centered around the entertainment industry. As a young adult he owned his night club and hosted concerts for famous acts like Led Zeppelin and The Who. He later managed Bette Midler for a few years in the 1970′s and a group known as The Manhattan Transfer . His first notable work in politics was his film titled ‘mad as hell’ in which he criticisized NAFTA and the war on drugs, as well as the notion of a national security card.
Aaron attempted to run as govener of Nevada in 1998 placing second to the opposing republican. after keeping in the lime light in politics, Aaron announced he would be running as president in 2004.
